InPACT at Home is a free, evidence-informed physical activity program designed to help children and families stay active through short, engaging exercise breaks that can be done in any home environment. Developed by the University of Michigan’s School of Kinesiology in partnership with statewide education and health collaborators, the program offers fun, scalable video-guided workouts, family-focused healthy living modules, and practical tools to support daily movement. InPACT at Home is especially tailored to meet the needs of diverse families, including those in resource-limited settings, by providing accessible activities that promote physical health, emotional well-being, and stronger family connections.
